Deposits:
A deposit is required prior to your appointment to secure your spot. If a deposit has not been received, your appointment will automatically be canceled and opened to the public to book. If you are purchasing a laser package, we will discuss a payment plan and the first installment is due to confirm your appointment.
Cancellations and No Shows:
If you have booked an appointment but cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up at all to your appointment, (no text, call, DM, email) your deposit will be lost and another deposit will be required when rescheduling your appointment.
If you have bought a package for any service, a deduction of $50 + tax will come out of the amount paid up front for all fairness to everyone else booking. The balance must be paid off to book your next appointment again.
Late to an Appointment:
I understand that traffic can be brutal sometimes and weather conditions can make you late. The client after you has booked an appointment that best suits their availability. Here is the structure to if you show up late to an appointment:
10 Mins Late- Removal of largest body part being lasered. (Will be noted as complete). Treatment cut down short if getting other services done.
15 Mins Late- Cancelation of appointment and a Fee will be required to book (Fee will be determined based on the length of the appointment -$20 or more + Tax)

-Please park on the road and NOT the driveway. The garage and driveway are constantly being used by us and our tenants.
-There are "No Parking" signs across the street and a fire hydrant nearby, so make sure to keep a look out for those.
-The parking spot directly in front of the house is safe to park in.
-When you arrive for your appointment, please text me and wait in your car. I will text you when I am ready for you to approach the door.
Refunds:
Once you have paid for a package, you will not get a refund. The amount paid can be put towards other services or can be exchanged for a different package.
If you have used up sessions from your package of Laser Hair Removal, the amount credited will be according to the package you bought. Promos and Deals will not be applied when giving a credit (So if you bought something at a Promo price, it will have been voided for not completing your full package). If you bought 6 or more, the per session price will change to the packages done (3, 6 or 9) and the remaining per sessions will be considered as one session.

Example: You bought 6 sessions of a body part and have used 5 sessions and will not be using the 6th session. Your total put towards laser then will be the package of 3 plus the 2 per sessions.
Paid: $600
Amount used: 3 Session Package ($100 with the package price) =$300
2 Per sessions ($125 regular price) =$250
Total Amount Used: $550
Amount to be credited: $50

If you have bought a package of 3 sessions, the sessions used will all be considered per sessions and you will get credited back the remaining balance.

Many places don't have a payment plan set and the payment for the service has been paid in full before booking you in for your appointment.
I understand paying up front for a large sum can be very hard and this is why I make a payment plan with you. The first payment must be made to book you in for your services. The second payment will be discussed over the phone, via text or in person. If you are purchasing a package below 6 sessions, a payment plan can be made but all payments must be received to book a session.
Preparing for your appointment:
Please make sure to show up with no makeup on the day of your facial or your face and neck laser. Time spent to take the makeup off will go towards your service and can cut your service short.
If you are getting laser done, I will no longer be doing touch up shaves. Laser will not work over an area where you have left hair behind. Moving forward, if I have to shave areas that you missed (minus the lower or back part of the Brazilian area or Upper Back, as I understand it's not always easy to reach those areas), there will be a fee to shave before we begin the laser. This fee will be determined by the amount of shaving needed. If you show up not shaved at all to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and there will be a fee to reschedule.
No Kids:
Please note that kids will not be allowed to attend appointments.
Cellphones:
Please have your phone on silent and put away as soon as you walk into the spa room. Attending calls during appointment times not just interrupts your relaxing time but it also slows down my work and it cuts into your appointment time. Spa time is Me time and we want you to make the most of it.
