We will be screening you on your arrival to your appointment. An intake form (scroll down to find the link) will also be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please have it filled in and sent in the day prior to arriving for your appointment. Forms sent in more than 48 hours before the appointment will not be accepted as a more recent form is required.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR EACH APPOINTMENT:
- If you have any symptoms of Covid-19. This includes a fever, shortness of breath or cough
- If you have new onset of two or more of symptoms such as chills, muscle pain, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or loss of smell
- If you or someone in your household has been in contact with someone that has Covid-19 or someone that has symptoms of it
If you have been in contact with anyone that has been in contact with any of the above, please reschedule.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Please stay in your car and text me when you are here
- I will let you know when to approach the side door (left of the house) or backyard (further instructions are posted on the Spa Etiquettes page)
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR EACH APPOINTMENT:
- Everyone will be screened by being asked Covid-19 screening questions. You can find the form in your confirmation and reminder email.
- You may use the bathroom to wash your hands before and after your appointment
- You will no longer be required to wear a mask while at the spa and during your appointment.
